AFC Youth Ministries
It's not just what we do, it's who we are!
It is my great pleasure to warmly welcome you to AFC and thank you for your interest in our services! As I look at the growth of AFC since its inception in 2006, I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished. I am even more excited about the outlook for an equally promising future.
In the recent years, our organization has been confronted with a time of many changes, and we have met those changes during a time of larger nationwide and global challenges. Although it has been an arduous journey, we continue to serve, grow and adapt; always remaining relevant, motivated and open to new ideas. Because of this, AFC has become a leader in providing prevention, intervention, outreach, and recovery services to more than 17,000 youth and families.
As you navigate through our website, I hope you learn more about the qualities that make our company an outstanding youth services provider. Whether you are a potential program participant, community partner, or a future employee, we look forward to finding out how we can work together to further strengthen our services to the community.
Our method is simple.
We take a multi-level, interdisciplinary team approach to address critical service gaps in historically marginalized, and economically disadvantaged communities. With our long-term experience and sound reputation as a model 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we offer a wide spectrum of support services to the community and our program participants.
