AFC’s Project Shift provides a community- based prevention, intervention, treatment, and response services program for youth ages 12-18 impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking

Introduce and prepare justice-involved young people for the world of work through paid work experience. Help young people increase their leadership and conflict resolution skills, and provide mentors. Build connections to local employers to enable participants to secure employment. Prepare participants to meet the needs of their local labor markets with the skills valued by employers.

Provides reentry programming to eligible, incarcerated individuals prior to release from the Arkansas Department of Corrections and the Jefferson County Jail and to continue comprehensive services after release.
